We are looking for a long-term partner to work as a Credit Department Representative. You will handle credit and back-office activities for a major utility service provider. In this role, you will be supporting customer service associates from other departments, responding to customer requests, and handling a range of additional responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate and collaborate with our business partners to research and resolve billing and credit inquires.
• Contacting consumers and businesses to protect their utility service from interruption.
• Offline credit support research and other administrative functions.
• Communicate effectively with integrity, humility, and compassion.
• Maintain compliance with industry and legal standards.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile.
• Setting, meeting, and exceeding goals to maximize team performance.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high-level of attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Customer service or back-office administrative experience is desirable.
• One year of work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel a plus.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 or older and able to pass Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check
